Goal for this month was 40-a-day-in-May … 40 squats (variations to keep the goal fresh) … absolutely crushed it!! Had extra time today so kept going … and going … and going. Exercise Accountability ✅ posted. Bought a fancy dancy body tape and going to measure today. Goal for next month … (I cannot think of anything catchy to rhyme with June) … 50-a-day squat variations. Ended May 2025 at resistance workout number 571. Onward to 600!
