I had a few trip ups in the last week w/eating a few more Low carb treats than I normally would. Memorial Day weekend and some pre-birthday treats sent my inflammation soaring and I landed 10 pounds ⬆️ up in two days. I am happy to report that I have turned that around and I am now ⬇️ down 6 of those pounds. Yesterday I went back to my tried & true-ground beef 🥩& eggs🍳. Then I made myself a low-carb chipotle bowl with chipotle chicken, avocado, a small bit of tomatoes, & subbed in cauliflower rice made with avocado oil, lime juice, cilantro & garlic & and I topped the whole thing off with a half a cup of Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to save on some calories and get some extra protein in! It was delicious! I am feeling back in control today, and I am happy that my mindset is good again! Have a blessed day everyone and keep fighting the fight!
