So I planned ahead to have something to indulge in this Weekend. I have not had fruits (blueberries/strawberries) in many months, so I chose a FAV of mine... plain greek yogurt & vanilla Levels Brand Protein shake & added Orgaincs mixed berries. I rarely ate berries this past year. I WATCH my portions if/when I do add some yogurt, cheese & protein shake in my meals. Sure! I would love to be able to freely eat sweets/carbs IF no harm was guaranteed, but I am aiming to HEAL❤️ and I am to the point I just won't eat the sweet junk anymore. 🤷‍♀️
