Was craving something desserty! Sorry I couldn’t wait to try it before the pic lol Low carb high protein cheesecakes. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup cottage cheese, 4 scoops vanilla protein powder, and 4 eggs . Mix well (can blend in nutri bullet/blender for a super smooth consistency). Sprayed 6 large silicon cupcake cups with avocado oil and poured batter into cups. Bake for 30 min at 325 (did in Njnja oven so may need to adjust time for another oven). I had blueberries on side but you can do anything you like! Very very good!!
