Resistance training workout number 563 in the books today … 563!! Who is this gal!?! Nailing the 40 weighted squats each workout day in May, too! Woot woot!!! #nonscalevictory this morning … picked up the 10 lb weights and was like, “Hmmm. These feel light.” (I know they weigh 10 lbs, but they felt like five.) Happy weekend, all!
