May 15. Thursday G'Morning ☕ Sipping my proffee. I am thinking that some things that I am doing are super helpful: 1) doing check-ins with myself throughout the day. Basically doing a body scan to see how my body is feeling--tense, relaxed, etc. 2) thinking about my intention and repeating it to myself throughout the day. "I am becoming a person who does not use food to soothe emotions." Doing these things seem to really help me to regulate my nervous system better. YAY. I notice that my shoulders are not as tight.
