Hi! I think I’d like to start lifting some Weights. Back in the day I’d go to a gym and do a body pump class. I want to find something that is progressive. Easy to follow. Uses free weights or at least minimal home equipment. I just feel like this is my next step. But I get overwhelmed quick. Does anyone use any online videos or classes that offer something beginner like this. I’ve been waking almost daily but my mind and body are telling me they want to shake it up a bit.
