Happy post-fast Friday!!! I really wasn’t sure, going into this, if I could do a 48 hour fast. Even with bone broth. Or I thought it would be miserable!!! But it wasn’t! I had a few moments, especially yesterday in day 2, but I stayed busy and they passed! And breakfast this morning was delicious!
