April 30. Wednesday Sipping proffee. Nice morning. Slept well last night. A good night’s sleep is always welcome. Starting a new book with my accountability buddy. “The Hunger Habit: Why We Eat When We’re Not Hungry and How To Stop”, by Justin Brewer. Brewer is a MD, PhD. Psychiatrist and neuroscientist. I will let you know what I think. If anyone else wants to read the book and discuss—happy to discuss with you. Apparently, Brewer wrote another book on anxiety that is supposed to be helpful. The intro could have been written about me. So much stuff that is so relatable. You may like it. Have a good one. 🌻
