I looked at my stats During April, I lost 5 pounds. So that makes total loss from January 3#. A solid 0.25 #/wk loss. YAY ME!!!!!!!🏆🎆 (I had some increases earlier in the year.) Why the loss in April? Maybe less stress? Food did not really change. Maybe because I asked myself "Am I still hungry?" and stopped. That is most likely the ticket.🎫 And I am working on keeping my nervous system at home base--I tend to get activated. Regardless, I will take it and continue on. I am thrilled with my average weight loss. 0.25#/week is fabulous. Persistence pays off. 🌻 I know many would poo-poo an average weight loss of 0.25 pounds/week and think that it is not good enough. Not this chick 🐣. Hear me roar. 🦁
