Quick question: I cannot find my notes from a Tuesday class many moons ago (with Tro on exercise) and my Google searches are not working. I also checked Bikman’s book and still cannot find the answer. What is the term for a glucose increase during/after exercise? Fasted exercise. Strength training to be exact. This is driving me nuts not remembering the term and I know it!!! lol 😂
