There was a point I was using food as medicine, but not in a good way. If I was depressed? Id eat. Stressed out? Id eat more. Sad or happy? It was the same fix. I found a way out, and you can to. It’s not too late to register for tomorrow’s webinar (4/26) at 8am EST.
