Ran across this at Costco on my last trip and decided to try it. Not gonna lie when I opened the first pack my brain said..”Ooooo yep that’s definitely cauliflower! 😬” *I’ve never been a huge cauliflower fan until I learned to transform it into a rice or a mash or something like a faux potato salad.* Soooo I did exactly what I do with frozen or pre-riced fresh cauliflower (you’ll never find me doing the messy food processor thing to rice it.) I tossed it into a skillet, this time with a little oil, and dried that stuff out. Kept stirring until there was no moisture leftover as I stirred. Since it wasn’t frozen it didn’t take long. Then and only then I would add the spices/veggies/tomatoes/bacon for whatever the vision is you want. It doesn’t take much in the way of liquid to go a long way, salsa/tamari/coconut aminos/broth/your choice. Very tasty, handy to have for something quick, highly recommend, I’ll buy it again (hopefully they’ll have it.) It was $9.99 for 6 pks in the rice/pasta aisle at mine.
