April 17 Thursday Good morning. Things going well. B proffee L stuffed chile poblano leftovers D egg plant and meat sauce I am going to get a spaghetti squash for the rest of my meat sauce. Easy to prepare with pressure cooker. Looking forward to C Tia’s meeting. Hopefully Zoom is not being problematic and has fixed their issues. 🤞🏻
