Been a couple of weeks since I last made a post but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been here. I’ve lurked, I’ve commented & I’ve been in meetings. Mostly I’ve been spending my time doing some meal prepping, locking down my routines & getting my head into a solid place as we transition into spring. Longer days for me mean more time to be active but also more time to think about eating. Having satiating food ready & available is key for me so when I eat a meal it fills me up and I don’t think about snacking. *Also getting that jar of keto trail mix (that my daughter wants there) out of my F-ING line of sight! 😬🤦♀️ This journey is me. It’s ALL me. I don’t have anyone telling me what to do (and tbh it probably wouldn’t help even if I did.) I’m my own backup so I’ve gotta be the one that gets it done. Period. #nevergiveup 😎
