We have a restaurant up here in Ohio that has amazing breakfast hash. It’s farm to table and it’s so fresh. I get it every time we go. But they use sweet potatoes and I know that’s a no go (for me.) So I googled and after sitting on them for a week I decided to give it a go. Presenting my dupe NorthStar Hash. Made with fried turnips and radishes. Red pepper, turkey and bacon. Northstar uses maple syrup or honey to sweeten. None of that here. And topped with two eggs (over easy.) And I LOVE it!! I am a fan!
