Checking in.... feeling better today❤️ The struggle is real!!! 🤣 My carbs increased from <5 to near 15-20/day for a couple of weeks due to adding some organic peanut butter, plain greek yogurt, and clean protein shakes earlier on... these all lessened my ketones along with me beginning to feel poorly 🤷‍♀️.. yikes 😳... so back at it, keeping carbs very low in order to HEAL❤️
