Sunday funday at the YMCA. Recumbent bike and strength training. I did everything as fast as possible because they close early and I didn’t have a lot of time. Sometimes I lift s l o w l y, but today I did 15 reps as fast as I could with good form. I am tired! Gluconeogenesis kicked in. Feeling proud or myself.
