Completed Day 9 of #hard75 I rejoined a gym again this week & will be working with a personal trainer for a few sessions. Today was my first workout with him. Good reminder that I do not push myself like I used to when I work out! I mentioned I like metcon (metabolic conditioning) type workouts & he put me to work today! All sorts of movements with kettlebells, dumbbells, trx, etc. Maybe he will bring out the sled & battle rope too! Or I can do those on my own. I do have to say the massage chairs, hydromassage & cryolounge (heat & cold) chairs are worth the monthly fee by themselves! I am finding the “Brain Energy” book to be interesting & glad that I am consistently reading it now. The gallon of water is pretty easy to do, as long as I remember to keep my water bottle by my side. Enjoying the mental health & physical benefits of the outdoor walks & indoor exercise.
