3/28/25: Beautiful day in Georgia. Walked early, made cookies for the family (I do not take the 1st bite), had a nice lunch of skirt steak and grilled vegetables at Salt Life in Fernandina Beach, Florida. More walking this afternoon. Staying TRE & 18-6. Love this Dr. Tro app.
