Here is my 75Hard/soft: -keto, <30g total carb daily -10 squats / pushups every hour during the work day -30-60 min lift or 60-90 min tennis session during the day -30 min walk outside -no indulging in sweets -read (or listen) to a book or educational podcast daily Today is day 1. - and I’ve gotten my 40 pushups and squats in so far 💪 - 15 min walk outside
