My Tuesday: Changing Things Up a Bit!! 🤣 ✔️Quality Sleep... focus this week on early to bed, to rise earlier! ✔️ 15.5hr Fast ... focus this week on eating a bit earlier, NLT 5-6pm ✔️ 7hr eating window ✔️ 30min. Walk ✔️ Grateful Pause❤️ Noted: This is a 1st- tested with the Keto-Mojo 1 hr AFTER my eating window ended. Still in high therapeutic ketosis so I must be doing something right. 🤷‍♀️
