WHAT IS YOUR VICE? I was always an emotional eater. 🤣 I definitely have come a long way as I removed the sugar & processed junk since 7/1/24... so at this point, I would never consider eating such foods- SUCCESS!! ...but I STILL TO THIS DAY want some organic peanut butter (peanuts & salt only) or add quite a clean Brand of protein shake (Levels Brand) to my meal ...still trying to tackle these 2. 🤷‍♀️
