Cheaper cuts of meat Meat is getting stupid expensive I saw a video where they punctured the meat with a fork to tenderize its They make tools for this but I decided to try it It worked great I may buy the tool but I cut up a big clod of beef punctured it real good salted it and vacuum sealed the steaks
