As I previously shared, I’ve been struggling with Fridays during lent. I eat primarily BBBE with a little veg and some A2 dairy most days. I sure do miss my ground beef and eggs on Fridays, but this past Friday I came across a great recipe and it turned out. Awesome! I ate these fish sticks with some homemade tartar sauce.
