Difficult family circumstance. New cancer diagnosis. Nutrition matters, I know that, but how much is it impacting my mom this week? Since the tumor is in her gallbladder but may be metastatic, we await a PET scan to hear the next step for treatment or else the gravity of her condition. Her mental status changes are complex but so new: I just don’t want to miss the role of nutrition.
