Photo #1. is where I started my morning. I had made plans with my daughter to walk up to a little independent woman-owned coffee shop near me before she had to start work. It was early, it was cold & the sun wasn’t even completely up yet! Ugh…I SO didn’t want to go! But I did it anyway and boy was I glad I did! **Had a great “first” ☕️! **Nice time spent with my girl! AND the best part…a mindset switch which led to closing 2 of 3 watch rings, taking another long walk & hitting my step goal all before noon! There’s nowhere to go but 🆙 today!! 🥳 😎🫶☀️
