Do most plan out their meals for the week? I don’t mean what you eat but when you eat? I’m about half OMAD and half 2 mad. Do you have a weekly fasting schedule or do you just listen to your body and eat when you feel hungry. What have been your most successful fasting strategies I usually plan for OMAD but take a back up lunch with me to work in Case I get hungry and end up eating it about half the time. It’s low carb but I feel like I eat it a lot of times because it’s there. I feel like being a bit more regimented with some longer fast would help
