Wanna hear some good news? I’ve been mostly on track since Thanksgiving but I didn’t track carbs or anything else and I stopped weighing daily. I weighed myself today for the 1st time since Nov 22nd and I lost 5 pounds! I’m pretty happy. 🎉. Now, if I can just remember to go to the meetings.
