Your informative comments have been invaluable for my fasting lifestyle journey! Bless you all!! My fasting wasn’t very long, but I had a late night close on my window yesterday that caused this early opening! I hope to get my fasting muscles back to work and push through tomorrow for a 20:4! 🤞🙏
