A tough fast! I don’t usually have problems fasting but I did with this one. High stress and lack of sleep maybe? I haven’t been able to fast because I was taking some Celebrex (nsaid-arthritis) to be able to cope with my husband having shoulder replacement revision surgery on Thursday. My stomach was upset so I stopped taking the Celebrex after a few days. Then I decided to fast. I have never felt as bad as I did last night at 3:00 am. I woke up to help adjust my husband’s bolster for his shoulder and felt hypoglycemic. Felt faint, dizzy, broke out in a cold sweat, then had a feeling of doom. I went back to bed since I am not diabetic and did fall back to sleep. But 7:00 am woke up and wasn’t feeling back to 100% so I broke. Feel fine now. I think the take home is until my husband gets better, I need to keep it under 24 hours. 🫤
