Anyone just think about food too much or just want to eat for no reason. I’ve been low carb for a while, I don’t have specific cravings and I’m not hungry. But I’m working from home today and keep thinking about eating breakfast. This happens a lot. A couple days ago I was working in the field and thought about food for several hours while driving. I can usually abstain but it’s a lot of willpower work. It’s like a mental defect. Anyone have this issue and had success working through it?
