I workout with a trainer 3x/week (MWF). While I love it, it almost always leaves me feeling incredibly sore for the next day or so. I’m sure age doesn’t help (almost 60) and I have psoriatic arthritis. However, on my non-training days, I want to feel better and not feel like I have to take Advil to do so! I would love to hear from anyone who does/uses anything that is keto approved and that helps with recovery from intense workouts. Thanks in advance!
