I have been doing this way of life for 6 months now. I hit 50 lbs of weight loss. Stalled for a month and looks like I may be moving again. During the stall I panicked a little and hired a ketogenic dietician. We went through what I’m eating and portions and such and they use a keto mojo for guidance. So I got one. I have the one that tests ketones and glucose. My glucose has been 109 two days (that’s how long I’ve had the meter.) I realize this could mean pre diabetes and/or insulin resistance. So what should my main focus be now? Where should I be changing things up?
