So I have completed 1180 if the 2000 squats for the challenge (raising $ for mental health). Tomorrow its 170, it will be interesting. Was expecting to get stronger in the legs, what I wasn't expecting was a stronger core. πŸ’ͺ Starting to think when this is over I might as well continue with doing some every day. The habit is there, why get rid of it?? Habits are the hardest thing to overcome in this journey so I better keep a good one.😎 Have a great weekend everyone.
