Yesterday I ate KETO and made shrimp noodles Alfredo. It was absolutely delicious and I lost weight today. I used to gain weight when I ate this meal because of the white starchy carb laden pasta I eat with it, but the ZOODLES are the fix. I also use to use subpar ingredients and now I only use organic grass fed half-and-half, grass fed A2 butter, and imported Parmesan cheese from Italy that is A2 cheese. These REAL WHOLE FOOD ingredients feed my body and keep my inflammation low. If you are struggling on low-carb, remember if you’re eating things that cause inflammation, you won’t lose weight!
