Broke my fast early today with only a 14 hr fast, but failed to record it. Went too late last night, but had a very nice valentine dinner! I will close my window earlier today. My fasting glucose and ketones rocked the house, which, I believe tells me that even though I didn’t fast long enough, my body is learning how to burn fat? Am I right on this? Oh may it be so!!
