One of my daughters favorite meals is yakamein (a soup with New Orleans origins...https://food52.com/recipes/52826-yakamein-new-orleans-noodle-soup ) but is has spaghetti noodles in it. Luckily for me, the noodles are cooked separate and added to the bowl when serving (or we have always done it that way...or the leftovers would be mushy.) Sugar free ketchup and careful with all other ingredients (everyone's recipe varies), then palmini noodles for my bowl and it is the perfect low carb soup. I prefer it when it isn't 95 degrees outside, π but it still hit the spot. Even without the hangover (it is supposed to be a hangover cure food.)
