Just a little update on my ongoing fast. It’s going great! My plan is currently to break this fast somewhere around 48ish hours. Worked out & walked 2+ miles both days fasted. I’m adding some of the data I like tracking. It was interesting to me that my ketones were not as high as they had been in days past but they were definitely bangin’ this afternoon! 🥳
