GKI 1.2! This is a record for me without fasting! I had a full 6 hour eating window yesterday which would normally push my GKI over 10. But I have discovered the particular foods that don't seem to knock me out of ketosis. I have also incorporated HIIT bike rides and BenBo resistance training which is helping. Everyone has to find the foods that trigger them. I have been doing this for 7.5 years and I am still discovering things. The CGM helps because it is realtime feedback. (Some people say we shouldn't "chase ketones", but I find that getting GKI < 3 completely changes things. If I am not in ketosis, brain fog returns and hunger escalates. So I specifically seek to keep it in that GKI magic zone)
