So I signed up for a challenge to raise funds for Mental Health. It is 2000 push-ups (or another movement) in 18 days. It starts tomorrow, I will be doing squats. Should have some good quad muscles by the end of February. https://www.thepushupchallenge.ca/s/108475/119409
