I know I haven't posted in a while. I have been keeping up with my 3 exercise classes a week and some weeks I do one at home as well. Seeing progress with the free weights, up to 15lb weights when doing bicep work. Noticing that my core is definitely getting stronger as I am doing the optional harder version of whatever the instructor throws at us. It's kind of weird, sometimes I feel that I am walking taller and I can actually feel my core engaging.
