So I’ve been doing carnivore since Jan 1, very little progress but feel good so will continue. I see two very different thoughts, one being high fat, fat doesn’t make you fat and the other is moderate fat (not adding fat just eating the meat) as your body needs to burn your own fat not outside sources. Any thoughts or is this an individual thing, high fat works for some and others need to restrict to lose?
