Decided to start a lil bit longer fast tonight than my typical IF times. Shooting for somewhere between a 36-48. We’ll see where I land! ✅ Ate a filling meal tonight with plenty of protein & fat. (Dry rubbed chix drumsticks, deviled eggs, smashed broccoli roasted on Parmesan & chayote “cinnamon apples” over ricotta cheese.) ✅ Got my to-do list ready to go for the next cpl of days. ✅ Got my cinnamon tea & electrolytes all ready to go. I’m trying out a different Fasting App (Easy Fast) for this one. I’ve seen a couple of other folks using it too. I like that it shows you the fasting stages as you move through them!
