Putting the work in at the gym. 6 days a week for 45 min resistance training. Added 15lbs of muscle. Been a fun ride so far. Went from over 450lbs down to 199lbs now sitting at 224-226lbs every week. Muscles are built in the gym but revealed in the kitchen. Remember that. Have a great night all!
