Ok need some more help. Maybe it’s because I’m in my 40s now but getting into ketosis used to be easy. This whole week I have: Been on a 16/8 IF Not had over 15 carbs a day Lifted weights 2 of the days And I am now where near being in ketosis. Any tips? Or do I just need to blast out a 4 day fast? Thanks for the help! Sorry to be annoying!
