Wondering how to figure my calorie needs just so that I’m not starving & getting late night sweet cravings. I only eat once a day at dinner. I need to get back on track in the evenings. Daytime I’m fine but I’ve been bad lately at night and I think if I consumed more calories at dinner it’d help but only eating once a day, it’s hard to get all your calories in at once.
