Yesterday 24hrs, OMAD. Today 24.5hrs, OMAD ... I thought I was going to skip a meal today altogether as it was 5:30pm and I had not eaten yet.... then soon realized I was feeling a bit weak and ended up eating later than I wanted. Bacon, Eggs & ended with a protein shake... 1hr time frame.
