This month, we celebrate 5 remarkable years of Coach @Brian Wiley with our team. Brian’s journey with food addiction and obesity is one that many can relate to. After reaching his highest weight of 265 pounds, he embraced a low-carb lifestyle, lost 100 pounds, reversed dangerous health markers, and has successfully maintained his weight loss for nearly 15 years. Brian runs small groups, offers 1:1 health coaching, and works directly with patients in our programs. What he brings to our patients is not only dedicated, results-driven support but also the powerful inspiration that lasting health is achievable. His own transformation fuels his passion for showing others that they, too, can experience the same positive change.
