Once you got to the point where you are feeling satiated for those of us with some overeating issues. How did you redo e your portion size or get into tune with when you are actually full? I’m not always sure when I’m hungry or when I’m just wanting to eat because I’m stressed or bored? Any tips for regulating portion size ?
